Form fill up 2014

Today we filled up the form for our upcoming examination starting on 14th May. SCB Medical College is under Utkal University. This was university form fill up. Utkal university has a stock form. This form needs following particulars.
University registration number.
Name in capital English. Name in odia. Date of birth. Permanent address. Hsc and +2 science passing year.date of joining to PG. What PG exam you are giving. Again what did you join and when. Do not worry they have everything you need. Except for university registration number they can help in every way.  Mr Parsuram Dalal is a very capable person who is in charge of correction. Apart from this fill in the papers that you will be appearing. 4 papers in total. Then of course signature and date. Apart from this you need at lest 3 documents. First is departmental letter that you have attended at least 80 percent of days of your work. Secondly you will need a library clearance that is no dues.Lastly you will need a no dues from accounts section by applying at Bursars office.
The fees for form fill up was Rs5550.
The exam is near so wish me luck.

Voting in Odisha 2014 last phase

Indian elections are over for Odisha. This year Odisha has to choose not only the MPs but also the MLAs.  The Naveen Pattnaik govt is fighting for the 4 th term. Today in the morning I casted my vote in the nearby polling booth. In morning there were long queues in front of booths.  This time it was clear that Election Commission of India was trying to conduct a fair election.
Number one point that the EC has done was voters were supplied their booth  number and serial numbers instead of political parties. That is a very good move. The EVMs were inside cardboard covered booths. Last time these coverings were made from almost rag clothes or sarees. This time each of the booth coverings had tricolor with election commission logo in them. It was definitely a welcome relief.
