People at secretariat are very good, it is entering the premise and getting hold of them is just difficult.
Anyways, I shall discuss the hassles of entering the Orissa Secretariat some other day.

Today along with Badapa I hired an ambassador car to Kalinga. But at Bolagarh there was a strike because some villages have been changed to be under different blocks. Anyways we had to take a detour in the mountains and jungles of Nayagarh.
Kalinga Ghat is 10 kms long. There is only uphill journey as the ghat acts as a lift from plains to hilly areas of Kandhamal. Atmosphere is cool. It is a hill station, just not developed or marketed.
Returned the same day.
